User Data Deletion

You can ask at any time for the personal data we hold about you at Aladdin Accounting & Tax Consultancy to be deleted, including your phone number, WhatsApp conversation history and any documents you sent us.

How to request deletion

1. Email care@aladdinaccountingtax.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp at +962 79 730 0013 from the same number whose data should be deleted.
2. Include your name and the phone number or email linked to your data so we can verify your identity.
3. We confirm receipt within 3 working days, complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity, and notify you when done.

What is deleted

We delete your contact details, conversation history and stored documents. We may retain the minimum records Jordanian law requires us to keep (such as accounting and tax records of work done for you) for the legal period, after which they are deleted.

A note on WhatsApp

Our deletion does not remove messages stored on your phone or by WhatsApp (Meta); to remove those, use WhatsApp's settings or see its privacy policy.
